According Finnish regulations building a new cottage or house hold needs a new waste water treatment system in rural areas outside of sewer basin. A waste water treatment plan is a part of building license.

The waste water treatment plan includes:

• Checking required environmental things

• General arrangement drawing
• Detail drawing
• Instructions
